I have one in my purse, one in the bathroom, and one by my bedside... I basically always have one within easy reach, lol! I start and end my day with a quick wood gua sha brush, and it makes a huge difference in my energy level and the youthful and glowing appearance of my skin.
I don't go anywhere without my wooden Gua Sha tool. I forgot it once when I went on a short trip and I really felt the difference. This last summer, while visiting me in Israel 🇮🇱 my dearest friend introduced me to the practice of Gua Sha. I can’t thank her enough for that. Working with the amazing Gua Sha made by Zotora from Magical pieces of Norwegian Birch 🌳 , changed my flesh and energy in a drastic way. Since I’m a hands-on healer for 30 years, I took it in with much enthusiasm and started working with it on all parts of my body regularly, to study it deeply. Then I also added it to my clinic and my patients love it and ask for it. I have to share that in the beginning, the Gua Sha took out of my body really heavy toxic fluids, leaving a heavy red rush for a week. Personally, I enjoyed looking at it since having it out on the surfaces and not deeply rooted in my body any longer was a deep feeling of energy transformation. The next time I would work on the same areas there was no more rush. The flesh feels fresh and smooth and all kinds of deep pains and uncomfortable sensations buried underneath the surface are gone. I got 3 kinds of gua sha from Zotora since the wood he is using is like nothing I have ever seen in my life. Each piece is different and its beauty is beyond words. My longing to explore nature in its infinite expressions led me to years of adventures in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Japan, Thailand, Nepal, India, Europe, the Amazon forest, and more. I've come across many indigenous cultures' art forms and traditions, and early on, became fascinated with the Australian didgeridoo, which became my instrument to date.
A landscape gardener by profession, yet, for the last four decades, I've been making instruments, jewelry, and art from wood and other natural materials.
Enchanted with the wood's innate beauty, I enjoy creating gua sha tools and offering them to those who appreciate a beautiful piece of wood that is crafted to fit perfectly in your palm, and do magic for your health.
